in my opinion, it's a pretty good audience recording. I would rate it 6/10.

Is there a guy singing in the background and lots of mobile sounds?

If so, I already have it. but I'd like a better one because these two noises I've mentioned ruin pretty much everything. All respect to the taper who bothered to bring his/hers equipment to the concert, but ... You know what I mean.

yeah, that's it. unfortunately this one seems to be the only version at the moment. some guy at the italian forum "scatterbrain" said a better version would come out sooner or later, but I don't know anything else about it.
